🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
The item is not a customized or final sale product
To begin the return process, email us at customer@lentisara.com with your order number and reason for return.
🚚 Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect
Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment

Once your returned item is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or model), contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must also meet our return conditions.
